Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer with strong expertise in Life Insurance processes and Requirements Engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Fit-Gap Analysis, workshops, specification creation, and technical handovers. Strong experience in bug analysis, cross-team collaboration, and XML Mappings is required. Key Requirements Strong experience in Requirements Engineering for Life Insurance processes. Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis based on existing platform solutions and standards. Experience with Workshop preparation, moderation, and documentation. Experience in Creation of specification artefacts. Experience conducting Handovers to technical Teams. Ability to act as a Contact person in the team for IB related issues (defect fixing, technical design). Experience with (Cross-team) cooperation with business analysts, backend developers, and testers. Strong experience in Bug Analysis & Resolution. Good Technical understanding (XML Mappings). German Language is a nice-to-have skill. Understanding of Cloud Platforms including Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift is a nice-to-have skill. Knowledge of Integration BUS, ACE, and MQ is a nice-to-have skill.
