Introduction: We are looking for a dedicated Business Data Analyst to own data processing and reporting. This role will turn the data points already captured in the platform into reliable, automated management reporting covering project operations, billing, costs and team utilisation. Responsibilities: Manage and structure data points by defining and maintaining the data model, ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability as the platform evolves. Build and maintain management reporting in Power BI and/or natively within the Toluna systems, enabling users to access insights without leaving the platform where possible. Design, schedule and automate recurring reports and exception alerts for MDS and management. Ensure all reporting can be filtered and cross-analysed by legal entity, delivery team, region and project type where applicable. Write code and build connections to external APIs to extract data and support reliable data pipelines for reporting needs. Required skill set: Strong understanding of Google Cloud, including data storage, data pipelines and BigQuery or equivalent technologies. Proven ability to produce reporting in Power BI and, ideally, to build reporting directly within a platform environment such as Tiktak. Strong data modelling capability, including the ability to structure captured data points, define a maintained data model and ensure data quality over time. Experience designing and scheduling automated reports and alerts, not only static dashboards. Ability to write code to connect to external APIs and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes. Experience with AWS or another cloud provider. Experience with data transformation frameworks and services such as dbt, Athena, Glue, Kinesis or similar tools. Experience with AI frameworks and large language model tools such as Codex or Claude Code.
