Business Development Associate – AI & Technology

Role Description We are looking for a smart, curious and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team and work closely with our Business Development Manager on AI and enterprise technology projects. This is a junior role for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, innovation and business — with direct exposure to customers, technology partners and industry events. What you’ll do Support active business development and sales opportunities Research customers, industries and new AI use cases Help prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers Follow up with customers, partners and technology vendors Participate in customer meetings, demos and solution presentations Maintain and organize the sales pipeline Identify opportunities for AI and automation within customer organizations Attend technology conferences, exhibitions, partner events and customer meetings in Romania and abroad Travel regularly for meetings, events and business development activities Gradually take ownership of your own customers and opportunities What you’ll work with You will gain exposure to some of the fastest-growing areas of enterprise technology: Agentic AI • Enterprise AI & Automation • Intelligent Agents & Copilots • AI-Powered Workflows • Generative AI • Business Process Transformation • Enterprise AI Platforms • Digital Innovation • Emerging Technologies You do not need to already be an AI expert. Who we’re looking for University graduate or final-year student Strong communication skills in Romanian and English Curious about AI, technology and innovation Fast learner, organized and reliable Comfortable interacting with customers, partners and different teams Commercial mindset and initiative Good presentation and digital skills Able to understand a business problem and think about possible solutions Available for frequent business travel in Romania and internationally Comfortable participating in conferences, trade shows, customer visits and partner events Flexible and available when important business opportunities or events require it A background in business, technology, engineering, economics or computer science is useful, but not mandatory. Previous sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
