We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst to support complex digital transformation initiatives in the insurance and investment products area. The role involves translating business needs into clear system requirements, defining integrations and data flows, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. PLEASE NOTE: Collaboration model: B2B Working model: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week from the office Previous experience with insurance products and processes is mandatory. Experience with investment or savings products is considered an advantage. Responsibilities Analyze and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Organize requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear technical specifications. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, external vendors, and IT teams. Support insurance and investment product initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept and analysis to implementation and delivery. Define system integrations, APIs, interfaces, end-to-end connectivity, and data mappings. Create process models, UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and integration diagrams. Perform impact analysis and validate proposed technical solutions against business requirements. Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential gaps and propose appropriate solutions. Support testing activities, solution validation, and User Acceptance Testing. Contribute to process optimization, digitalization, automation, and AI-driven improvements. Maintain clear and accurate project and system documentation. Tools / Software Knowledge & Competencies Minimum three years of experience in Business and Systems Analysis. Proven experience with insurance products, processes, and systems. Experience with investment or savings products is an advantage. Experience working on complex digital transformation projects. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis, including T-SQL, PL/SQL, DB2 SQL, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of system integrations and APIs, including REST and SOAP. Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and SoapUI. Knowledge of JSON, XML, microservices, and distributed system architectures. Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ. Strong experience in requirements analysis, process modelling, data mapping, and impact analysis. Ability to produce UML, sequence, data-flow, and integration diagrams. Familiarity with AI tools used for analysis, documentation, automation, and process improvement. Education & Soft Skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical, and vendor teams. Structured approach to documentation and strong attention to detail. Ability to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and propose practical solutions. Good command of English.
