It comes with ambiguity, systems that need to talk to each other, technical constraints, and a deadline that isn't up for negotiation. Your role is to take all of that and turn it into something a development team can actually build without guesswork: a clear, testable, well-documented specification. 🔍 At Raiffeisen Bank, you do this inside an Agile setup, working alongside solution architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners — never in isolation, but as part of a team that has your back when things get complicated. 🤝 You work with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, dig into logs in ELK, understand API/MQ/batch integration flows, and move just as naturally between Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Plus, you're encouraged to use AI tools to work faster and sharper — not to replace analytical thinking, but to support it. 🤖✨ What you'll do 👇 Analyze business requirements and turn them into complete functional and non-functional specifications, using RBRo methodology Write clear user stories/use cases that the development team can build on without ambiguity Collaborate with solution architects to define the optimal technical approach for each requirement Assess the functional and performance impact of changes on existing and connected systems Support the creation of test scenarios (ST/SIT/UAT) and validate the test plan together with the test analyst Provide technical support and clarifications throughout development, including during post-implementation stabilization Keep specification documentation up to date, reflecting every approved change Mentor junior analysts on complex issues, helping raise the team's overall expertise
