D365 Consultant- Romania

We are looking for an experienced D365 Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of D365, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable D365 solutions, supporting implementations and enhancements, and ensuring that the platform effectively meets business needs. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Configure and customize D365 applications based on business and functional requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and other technical teams. Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders. Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation. Support the implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of D365 solutions. Identify opportunities for process optimization and platform improvements. Configure workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and other D365 components. Support integrations between D365 and third-party applications using APIs and integration platforms. Collaborate with developers on customizations and extensions. Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Support UAT activities and provide guidance to business users. Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous platform optimization. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams. Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices. Requirements 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong knowledge of one or more D365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Field Service. Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation within D365. Experience with D365 configuration and customization. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Knowledge of Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus. Understanding of D365 integrations and REST APIs. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Good English communication skills. Nice to Have Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or Azure Integration Services. Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or .NET. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes. Experience working on large-scale D365 implementations or transformation projects. Previous experience in international or enterprise environments. German language skills are a plus.
