GRAPHIC DESIGNER / DTP

We are hiring at MINDTHEGAP MINDTHEGAP is looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer / DTP specialist to create and adapt materials for digital and print communication. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines a strong visual eye with accurate technical execution. You’ll work closely with our marketing and production teams, taking projects from brief to final delivery while keeping our visual identity consistent. What you’ll do: ⁠Design and adapt catalogues, brochures, presentations, banners, social media visuals and other communication materials. ⁠Prepare print-ready files, checking dimensions, bleed, image resolution, colour settings and fonts. Adapt approved concepts and key visuals across different formats and channels. Check final artwork for accuracy, consistency and compliance with our brand guidelines. Keep working files organised, manage revisions and deliver projects on time. What we are looking for: Experience in graphic design or DTP, ideally three years or more. ⁠Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and CorelDRAW. Practical experience preparing artwork for print. A good understanding of typography, layout, proportions and visual hierarchy. Strong prepress skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines. A collaborative approach, initiative and openness to feedback. Why join MINDTHEGAP?
