We’re looking for Graphic Designer that plays a key role in shaping the digital face of the brand. The role exists to ensure our online presence effectively communicates our identity, engages audiences, and drives measurable results across all digital channels. The Senior Web Designer collaborates with design, product, and development teams to translate business objectives into impactful digital solutions. They ensure consistency, performance, and innovation across all web touchpoints, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices. Through their expertise, the role elevates the overall quality and effectiveness of our digital communication and strengthens the connection between the brand and its users. Responsibilities Visual & Digital Design Design and deliver high-impact graphics for social media, email campaigns, CRM content, display ads, website banners, landing pages, mini games, and promotional materials; Conceptualize and produce lightweight mini games, gamified widgets, and interactive engagement features for the platform; Ensure brand consistency across all touch points, optimizing assets for clarity, performance, and conversion; Build reusable design templates and scalable systems to improve creative workflow and maintain design cohesion across campaigns; Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals, promotions, and product launches; Adapt designs responsively for web, mobile, video thumbnails, and in-game environments, ensuring pixel-perfect rendering across all devices; Stay ahead of emerging design trends, technologies, and visual formats within the iGaming and entertainment industries; Offline & Print Materials Design OOH (Out-of-Home) materials, including street banners, mesh prints, posters, roll-ups, and illuminated signs; Create graphics for promotional products such as T-shirts, mugs, stickers, notebooks, brochures, and other branded items; Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct technical setup, resolution, and color space (CMYK/RGB); Soft Skills Must‑have: Excellent cross-team collaboration skills with marketing, product, and development stakeholders; Ability to clearly present and explain design ideas, feedback, and rationale to both creative and non-creative audiences; Receptive to constructive feedback and able to iterate quickly while maintaining quality; Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadline; Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality outputs; Nice‑to‑have: Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies, design trends, and creative techniques; Continuous learner, staying updated with the latest tools and methods in digital design and iGaming; Hard Skills Must‑have: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive web design principles; Experience designing digital marketing (social media, CRM, display, and landing pages); Ability to conceptualize and design interactive content such as minigames, gamified widgets, and engagement tools; Knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition for both digital and print media; Experience preparing print-ready files with correct technical specifications (CMYK/RGB, bleed, margins, resolution); Familiarity with HTML and CSS for effective handoff and integration with development teams; Working knowledge of AI-based design and creative tools (Leonardo, RunDiffusion, Freepik, Kling, ChatGPT, etc.); Nice‑to‑have: Understanding of conversion-driven design and UX optimization; Expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping; Motion design experience; 3D experience; 🚀 Join us in creating unforgettable customer experiences and be part of our dedicated team!
