Mid Graphic Designer

At REI we are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for producing quality graphic materials for the brand and its products, contributing to the consistency of the visual identity across all channels. The role combines solid design skills with the ability to manage projects of medium complexity, working closely with the Design Team Leader and the rest of the design team to turn business briefs into effective visual solutions. Technical Skills Good proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other digital design tools. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles. Ability to create materials for multiple channels: digital, print, social media, DOOH, and in-app. Good understanding of brand identity systems and the ability to apply them consistently. Knowledge of file preparation for production/print (technical requirements, resolution, color profiles). Basic understanding of UI/UX and conversion-oriented design. Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools is a plus. Familiarity with using generative AI tools for design (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) within the creative workflow. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams is a plus. Job Responsibilities Contribute to maintaining the brand's visual identity across all materials and channels (digital, print, social, DOOH, in-app), under the guidance of the Design Team Leader. Support the Design Team Leader in developing graphic concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Produce layouts, key visuals, banners, and print/digital materials to a solid, professional standard of execution. Collaborate directly with the Design Team Leader, Marketing, Product, and content teams to translate business briefs into effective visual solutions. Apply feedback from senior designers and the Design Team Leader to continuously improve quality and brand consistency. Actively participate in the design team's feedback and review sessions. Support the update of brand guidelines, asset libraries, and reusable templates. Present own concepts within the design team, supporting them with clear rationale. Explore and integrate AI tools into the workflow to accelerate prototyping and asset production. Ensure deadlines are met across multiple simultaneous projects with varying priorities. Collaborate with the Design team to ensure visual consistency between static and animated materials. Education & Qualifications Completed higher education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields (or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio). Additional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus. Courses or certifications in branding, UI/UX design, or motion graphics are a plus. B2 level of English, written and spoken, required for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating solid skills and versatility. Proven experience creating materials across multiple channels: digital, print, social media, DOOH, and in-app. Basic experience preparing files for production/print. Experience in the iGaming, betting, or digital entertainment industry is a plus.
