Part-Time Front-End React Developer Job Description

We’re seeking a Part-Time Front-End React Developer to join our team and help elevate our responsive web application. In this role, you will take ownership of a backlog of 100+ UI/UX enhancements, executing straightforward front-end updates, component polishes, and usability fixes that will directly improve our user experience. Key Responsibilities Ticket Execution: Efficiently work through a queue of 100+ prioritized tickets focused on UI polishes, layout adjustments, and usability enhancements. Component Development: Build, modify, and refactor responsive React components to match design specifications and maintain application consistency. UI/UX Refinement: Implement front-end fixes, form adjustments, responsive layouts, and interactive micro-interactions across desktop and mobile views. Quality & Testing: Conduct thorough cross-browser testing and responsive verification to ensure code updates perform seamlessly across devices. Version Control & Delivery: Submit clean, well-documented pull requests via Git/GitHub and track ticket progress in our task management system. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience building user interfaces as a Front-End Developer, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern styling approaches (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or UI component libraries). Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and core React concepts (Hooks, state management, props). Proficiency with Git Hub and Git version control (creating branches, resolving merge conflicts, opening pull requests). Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (e.g., 10–20 hours/week) with reliable delivery and clear communication.
