PEGA Developer Trainee

This is a trainee position suitable for passionate professionals who want to work for a leading European Insurance Group on a very flexible work schedule. You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architectures and real life constraints (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability) and are going to be part of an agile team aimed at designing and implementing enterprise level solutions. Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. Schedule: Part-time (4 hrs/day, Monday to Friday) Main responsibilities Implementation of User Stories on the Pega platform from design through to unit testing Work in teams together with Business Analysts, Testers and Project Managers Bug fixing Documentation of completed solutions Packaging and Deployment of Releases. Required skills Open and highly motivated to learn new technologies and concepts (Pega PRPC) Knowledge of object-oriented programming, web technologies and relational databases Ability to critically test your own implementation Fluency in English – both written and spoken University degree or terminal year student in Computer Science or similar. Desirable skills Java development experience German language skills Experience in business process management and case management implementations.
