QA Automation Engineer Professional

You will join the Agile Delivery Cross Topics Acceleration team, where you will work day by day alongside development and manual testing teams to build and maintain automated testing packages. It is a technical role, with direct responsibility for the quality of delivered products, in an environment where you continuously learn — whether it is a new tool, an AI framework, or a more efficient solution to a recurring problem. What You Will Do Day By Day Analyze application documentation and develop automated test scripts for functional and non-functional requirements, both at component level and across the end-to-end flow Create and execute performance, volume, and stress testing scenarios aligned with business requirements Develop and maintain automated regression test packages for the applications in your portfolio Participate in the design and development of the automated testing core together with the team Identify, log, and manage defects arising during the execution phase, collaborating closely with development and manual testing teams Generate testing reports and collect performance metrics relevant to the project Actively contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted testing solutions, using ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and other RBRO frameworks for test generation, debugging, result analysis, and increasing team productivity Support colleagues in manual testing teams in using the automated testing core and participate in initiatives aimed at growing team skills Benefits Meal Vouchers 13th Salary Remote Work Private Pension Plan Private Health Insurance Additional Vacation Days (more than 21 days annually) Flexible Working Hours Well-being Program Team Building Activities Training and Development Programs Your profile Completed higher education Experience in performing testing tasks and a solid understanding of the testing process throughout the entire software development lifecycle Experience with defect resolution processes Working knowledge of databases SQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgresSQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgresSQL, Oracle, DB2, Postgres Working knowledge of web services and APIs, including API testing, request/response validation, REST, JSON, and the use of dedicated tools Experience with testing-specific applications: Jira, Zephyr, ALM, Postman, ReadyAPI, JMeter, SOAP UI, ELK, etc. Hands-on experience with GUI and API automation frameworks, including Selenium or Playwright, REST Assured, Postman/ReadyAPI, and integration of automated tests into regression flows Knowledge of languages and technologies relevant to test automation: Java, JavaScript, Python, JUnit/TestNG, Cucumber/Gherkin, and Groovy Experience working with Git for versioning, branching, code review, and team collaboration Basic knowledge of Jenkins/CI-CD and/or similar platforms such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, for running and monitoring automated tests in pipelines Openness to using AI-assisted testing in daily work, including Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools for test generation, documentation, debugging, and streamlining repetitive activities Knowledge of payment flows, including initiation, processing, validations, clearing/settlement, messages, and operational investigations — a major advantage English language — advanced level Initiative, willingness to develop, customer orientation, and teamwork skills ISTQB, ISEB, or Six Sigma certification — an advantage
