The Role The Reporting SAP Analyst is responsible for the financial administration of the Company’s commercial agreements with customers. The role covers the registration and follow-up of advance and retroactive discount contracts in SAP, the calculation of rebate bases, and the issuing of discount invoices for key accounts, direct customers, and distributors. It also ensures that every contract approved in the internal workflow is correctly set up and released in the system. During month-end close, the role processes and posts distributor sales data, reconciles posted volumes with profitability reporting, calculates the deposit-return (SGR) amounts, and prepares the reports on active discount contracts and their monthly schedules. The role confirms turnover figures for key account customers, supports audit requests, and takes part in SAP testing ahead of system changes. The position works closely with Sales, Logistics, and IT and reports directly to the Reporting Manager. What We Expect •Minimum 3 years of experience in sales accounting, customer accounting, or finance operations, preferably within an FMCG or production company •Good working knowledge of SAP SD and FI; experience with condition contracts and rebate settlement is a strong advantage •Clear understanding of how customer discounts and rebates are reflected in revenue, receivables, and accruals •Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large data sets; experience with Qlik or a similar reporting tool is an advantage •Accuracy and the persistence to trace a difference back to its source, whether in the contract, the master data, or the posting •Ability to work with Sales colleagues and explain the figures clearly to non-financial counterparts •Good command of English, written and spoken •Practical use of AI tools for reconciliations, data checks, and routine reporting is expected, together with the judgement to verify the results What We Offer A role with direct ownership of a process that has a visible impact on revenue and margin, close cooperation with the commercial team, and active involvement in the development of our SAP environment.
