🚀 SAP BW/4HANA Business Analyst | Data & Analytics At CrewHarbor, we connect experienced IT professionals with innovative projects for German companies. We are currently looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of a reporting and analytics landscape within a large German organization. The project focuses on building and extending data models in SAP BW/4HANA and directly on the SAP HANA database. The reporting scope includes operational data related to asset management, order management, controlling and process mining. 💻 What you’ll be working on: ✔ Collecting and consolidating business requirements for controlling reports and process-mining use cases ✔ Coordinating requirements provided by different business departments and stakeholder groups ✔ Supporting discussions to establish unified and standardized business requirements ✔ Describing relevant data entities and their functional relationships across source systems ✔ Translating business needs into structured requirements for the Data & Analytics team ✔ Supporting the implementation of requirements according to the Product Owner’s priorities ✔ Communicating backlog priorities and implementation decisions to the relevant stakeholder groups ✔ Providing the Product Owner with business input regarding backlog prioritization ✔ Identifying, documenting and transparently communicating business-related impediments ✔ Tracking open topics and coordinating their clarification ✔ Identifying logical inconsistencies in requirements and initiating clarification with business stakeholders and Product Owners ✔ Acting as an interface between business departments, analytics specialists and the Product Owner 🔎 What we’re looking for: ✔ Experience in business analysis or requirements engineering within data and analytics projects ✔ Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA-based data models ✔ Experience gathering, consolidating and documenting complex business requirements ✔ Understanding of reporting, controlling and process-mining use cases ✔ Ability to describe data entities, source systems and their functional relationships ✔ Experience working with Product Owners and managing or supporting product backlogs ✔ Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills ✔ Structured and analytical approach to identifying inconsistencies, dependencies and impediments ✔ Ability to coordinate requirements across several business and technical stakeholder groups #Hiring #SAP #SAPBW4HANA #SAPHANA #BusinessAnalysis #RequirementsEngineering #DataAnalytics #Reporting #ProcessMining
