Solutions Engineer

In this role, you will partner with researchers, data processing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic market research projects. What Can You Expect to Be Doing as a Solutions Engineer: Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes. Build scalable and sustainable technical solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and modern data processing technologies. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions. Identify recurring operational challenges and proactively propose automation and process improvements. Collaborate with researchers, consultants, and technical teams across Ipsos to deliver innovative solutions. Drive efficiency initiatives through cross-functional projects. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions and data pipeline frameworks. Create well-documented, maintainable solutions that can be adopted and extended by other team members. Support and mentor less experienced colleagues by sharing technical expertise and best practices. Act as a trusted technical advisor within the team for automation and data processing solutions.
